01 / THE EXECUTIVE PERSPECTIVE

A transformation leader.
Not a technology catalogue.

My benchmark for technology investment is the business outcome it creates.

Across four major ERP environments and several industries, I have led enterprise systems, integration and change programs that keep finance, sales, supply chain and operations connected. My remit spans strategy, delivery, continuity, partner performance and adoption—not technology selection alone.

At Mai Dubai, I lead a 20-person team and manage an annual IT budget of over US$4 million. Earlier, I supported the technology operations of 150 restaurants across four GCC markets. This operating-scale perspective shapes how I approach modernization, AI and commercial value.

Composable and headless commerce describe the architecture direction for modernization; this is not a claim that a headless storefront has already been deployed.

AI & INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION · CONTROLLED ADOPTION

Applying AI and RPA to real operational friction.

Championed scalable workflow automation and explored robotic process automation and Microsoft Copilot / GenAI use cases to reduce repetitive effort and improve the quality of operational decisions. My approach prioritizes governance, adoption and measurable return over novelty.

Delivery distinctionLow-code process automation is a delivered program with reported results; Copilot, GenAI and RPA are described as pilots and initiatives, not proven enterprise-wide productivity gains.
